An online copy of the PAN will be generated and
sent to you on email. You can track your PAN using the token number given in

To apply for a PAN Card offline, follow these simple

Fill in the application in block letters and
attach a recent photo. Provide your signature or thumb impression (attested) in
the box given.

Provide your correct AO code in the application.

Submit the form along with ID Proof, Address
Proof and processing fee at the PAN card offices. The locations of the offices in
any city are given on the websites of the Income Tax Department or National
Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
