1. For self, spouse and children = Rs 25,000/-
2. For parents = Rs 25,000/-
3. For self, spouse and children(Senior citizen) = Rs 50,000/-
4. For family(Senior citizen) = Rs 50,000/-
  1. Preventive health checkup= Preventive Health checkup can be claimed in cash mode
1. For Family and parents= Rs 5,000/-
  1. Medical expenditure(For the senior citizens)= Medical expenditure can be claimed on other than cash mode only.
1. Medical expenditure for self spouse and children= Rs 50,000/-
2. Medical expenditure for parents = Rs 50,000/-

  1. Section 80U- Self is suffering from disability.
1.0-39%-Rs. 0

2.40%-79% -  Rs. 75000

3.80% and above - Rs. 125000


  1. Section 80DD- Relative suffering from any disability.

0-39%-Rs. 0

40%-79% -  Rs. 75000

80% and above - Rs. 125000
