What is the process of filling Form 10E?

Step 1:
After logging into the I-T website, click on tab named ‘e-File’ and select ’Income Tax Forms’.


Step 2:
Then select Form No. 10E from the drop down as given below.


Step 3:
Select the Assessment Year and fill the submission mode as “Prepare and submit online.”



Step 4:
Form 10 E screen shall appear as below. Read the instructions on how to file Form 10E given in the 1st blue tab and then start filling in the relevant information by clicking on other blue tabs.


Step 5:
After filling, click on ‘Save Draft’ and then click ‘Preview and Submit’ once you are done.
